By staying for a week in the Case Nuove villa, you will have the opportunity to visit beautiful destinations in the surrounding area. Here are the places not to be missed



MODIGLIANA - The nearest village (4 km)



A quaint village with 5,000 inhabitants where you will find everything you need: supermarkets open daily (even on Sundays until 1 p.m.), bars, ice cream shops, banks, churches, and bakeries. For a gastronomic experience we recommend the restaurants La Pace and La Cantina dei Conti, or the fresh artisanal pasta from Antichi Sapori, which you can buy raw or already cooked.

FLORENCE - Art and history in a scenic journey



Reach Florence conveniently by train from Brisighella (a 15-minute drive from Modigliana) for only €8.75. The trip takes 1 hour and 30 minutes and passes through beautiful Tuscan landscapes. The evening return is guaranteed with direct trains to Brisighella.

BOLOGNA - Capital of Italian cuisine



From Faenza (20 km from the villa) you can take a train to Bologna with fares starting at €4.75. The direct train takes 30 minutes, the local train about an hour. Once there, stroll to Piazza Maggiore, admire the Basilica of San Petronio and Neptune, explore the flavor streets, and visit FICO, Italy's largest food park.



RAVENNA - Capital of Mosaics



Just an hour's drive away, Ravenna is a must-see city for lovers of history and art. Once the capital of the Eastern Roman Empire, it is now famous for its mosaics. A must-see: Basilica of San Vitale and Mausoleum of Galla Placidia.

CESENATICO - Sea and relaxation on the Adriatic coast



An hour and a half drive away, you'll find the beautiful beaches of Cesenatico. After a day at sea, treat yourself to an aperitif at Mare' and a harbor-view dinner at Gambero Rosso as the fishing boats return.

REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO - A plunge into the Middle Ages



An hour and a half away, San Marino will surprise you with its medieval castle and picturesque streets full of stores. Not far away, in Coriano, is the museum dedicated to MotoGP legend Marco Simoncelli.



THE RIDRACOLI GADGE - Nature and Adventure
Just an hour's drive away, this reservoir offers breathtaking scenery. You can explore it by boat and admire the natural inlets formed over time.

IMOLA - Motorsport and history

A 40-minute drive away, Imola is famous for its Enzo and Dino Ferrari Autodrome, the scene of Formula 1 races. Inside the circuit is the Acque Minerali Park, with free admission and a statue dedicated to Ayrton Senna. Also worth visiting is the sensory museum about his career.
