If you are looking for tranquility Case Nuove is the right place to enjoy nature, the view of the surrounding hills and the beautiful sunset. However, we were also the only ones staying at Case Nuove and therefore had "exclusive use" of the pool as well. Stefano, the owner is very kind and helpful and would have also given us an additional day of overnight stay so that we could visit the traditional 19th century festival at the village of Modigliana.

We had booked the Barn apartment above. The apartment is open plan with a kitchenette, dining table, sofa and bed. The bathroom with shower is separate. For a week with children staying in one room is fine. Owner very friendly and helpful. Children enjoyed the pool and could play soccer on the lawn. The New Houses are isolated and can only be reached by a dirt road, but you have peace and quiet and can enjoy nature.

Without a doubt a wonderful place to unplug from the rest of the world. Peace, silence and quiet...So much so that at times it feels like you are the only owners of the farmhouse. Clean and fully equipped apartments. Five minutes from the village, where there is a supermarket, numerous businesses and a beautiful village to visit. Starting point for discovering cities such as Ravenna, Ferrara, Florence, San Marino and the Romagna Riviera. Stefano and his wife, although not on site, always available and helpful.

Meticulously renovated house with lush garden, beautiful pool and quiet location with breathtaking views..the best way to relax in a fairytale oasis out of the world. Convenient for those who want to visit major art cities or even just spend a weekend in nature. The owner is extremely friendly. We celebrated a dear friend's bachelorette party and availed ourselves of a chef (recommended by the owner) to learn how to cook local dishes..we were all thrilled...we hope to return soon.

We were in "La Stalla" during the last sunny week of September The apartment is clean, well equipped, and looks nice. From the terrace with the pool the views of the hills and vineyards are beautiful. Great sunsets. Modigliana is 10 minutes by car, with stores, coffeebars, pharmacy, everything you need. It is a rural and quiet beautiful environment, with small places to visit, such as Brisighella. Also within a short distance are very reasonable Bologna, Ravenna and the beach, or even Florence or Ferrara. The landlord, Stefano, is very relaxed and kindly welcoming. The apartment is on slightly different levels with steps, and therefore probably not very suitable for people who have difficulty walking or families with small children. Highly recommended for a vacation!
